The Generalísimo Francisco de Miranda Park, also known as Parque del Este, is a public recreational park, located in the Leoncio Martínez Parish of the Sucre Municipality, in the Metropolitan Area of Caracas. It is one of the most important parks in the city with a total area of 64 hectares (equivalent to 0.64 km²).
The park is located just outside the Miranda station (formerly called Parque del Este) of Line 1 of the Caracas Metro. Parque del Este is managed and supervised by the National Parks Institute (INPARQUES). It is connected to the Bolivar Park of Caracas through the Independencia Bridge.
